This document sets out the terms governing your use of the fm24 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fm24 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the fm24 platform immediately.
The fm24 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your location.
Fm24 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. 2. Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
To access the full range of fm24 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. fm24 will never request your password via email or any unofficial communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Fm24 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You agree to notify fm24 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Accuracy of Information
All personal information provided during and after registration must be accurate and up to date. fm24 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide the requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
By using the fm24 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate action being taken against your account without prior notice.
You agree to not using the fm24 platform for the following purposes:
- Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any dishonest activity against the platform or other users.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or payment systems.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform or its technical infrastructure.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods, including bonus arbitrage or misuse of multiple accounts.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Fm24 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, restricting access, or reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the fm24 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets (TNG eWallet, Boost), and other methods that may be added from time to time. The latest list of available payment methods can be found in your account settings.
Deposit Terms
Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. fm24 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and a processing fee may apply.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. fm24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may range from a few minutes to one business day.
If an active bonus with unfulfilled rollover requirements is in place, withdrawals cannot be processed until those requirements are fully met. Further details on bonus conditions can be found in the relevant promotional terms.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error or transaction processing error, fm24 reserves the right to void or adjust the transaction in question. Users must report any discrepancies or errors within 48 hours of the transaction occurring.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Fm24 Liability Limits
Fm24 provides its entertainment platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. fm24 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
Under no circumstances shall fm24's total liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Account Suspension
Fm24 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for the purpose of investigating suspicious activity, identity verification, or a suspected breach of these terms. During the suspension period, access to the account and funds will be restricted until the investigation is concluded.
Account Closure
Fm24 reserves the right to permanently close the account of any user found to have engaged in fraud, a serious breach of these terms, or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Where closure is due to a user violation, fm24 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance associated with that activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned once all conditions have been met and identity verification is completed.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the fm24 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interfaces, and brand names — is the intellectual property of fm24 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from fm24.
Third-Party Links
The fm24 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. fm24 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms
Fm24 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update will be indicated at the top of this document.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the fm24 platform will first be resolved through good-faith discussions between both parties.
